THE GAME

Paris 1313, The mystery of Notre-Dame Cathedral is a non-linear game, with a multiple character facility. This means you will experience the adventure through the eyes of three different characters.

Jacques de Douai, gifted young goldsmith Jacques has a boutique on the île de la Cité. He is the brother of Adam, who disappears at the beginning of the story, and is in love with Rosemonde.. Pierre de Saint-Ormes, young rider Pierre is nephew to Guillaume de Nogaret, and wishes to accomplish great exploits so he can enter King Philip the Fair's court. He is in love with Agnès de Châtillon. Rosemonde, actress and dancer Rosemonde is not insensitive to the charms of Jacques de Douai. Her confessor, Jean de Lausanne, commands her to spy and intrigue on his behalf.

Alternately take on the identity of one of these three characters, depending on the transition scenes that punctuate the game.
You are free to play the character of your choice, but you will in any case have to relive the same scenes as another character in order to glean all the information you require.
Your best strategy is to take on the right identity at the right time so as to find, take possession of and use objects in the best way, to solve enigmas and pass the sporting challenges that you are confronted with.
